We, ppm Industrial AB 556715-4207, need to save and process personal data about you, such as name, position, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, address and any department and location. We use cookies on the website to improve the user experience and keep statistics. The purpose of such processing is for us to be able to contact and communicate with you as an interested party for the purchase, use, service and calibration of instruments for measuring, detecting and analyzing gases. Your personal data is stored in one of our three different administrative systems.

The data in our business system is used to be able to design sufficient documents to ensure that business transactions, deliveries and agreements are fulfilled. The data in our CRM system is used to ensure outreach or repetitive correspondence and meetings in our work with customer care, relations and development. The data in our administrative system for instrument follow-up is used to be able to issue technical documentation, certificates and certificates and warranty cases on performed actions as well as correspondence to inform about appropriate preventive service actions on instruments to its appointed contact person.

We have received your information from previous correspondence such as orders, orders, offers, letters or the like. We may also receive your contact details in connection with meetings, events or inquiries between you and us. In some cases, we have your contact details as a result of you being identified as an interested party for the purchase, use, service and calibration of instruments to measure, detect and analyze gases for which we are not currently a supplier.

Your data will be saved as long as you, or the organization you are employed by, is a customer of ours and that the information that these conditions have changed is available to us.

The personal data we process about you is shared only within the company's own staff in the areas of administration, service and sales, together with the company that administers our website. We may also share your personal data with a third party, provided we are required to do so by law. However, we will never transfer your data to a country outside the EU.
