Gas analysis system for biogas plants

A complete and customized gas analysis system for biogas and upgrading plants. With the help of your specification at the plant, our experienced application specialists and project managers produce the components that are most suitable from a quality and cost point of view together with you.

The system can be equipped with the required number of transmitters for measuring and analyzing CH4, CO2, O2 and H2S. The components are mounted on a stainless mounting plate that can be placed in ATEX zone 1. Via solenoid valves on the plate, automatic control/calibration of the respective transmitter can be carried out in a simple and convenient way. In order to avoid the problems that i.a. water/particles in the gas for the analysis equipment, the system can also be expanded with gas sample processing equipment consisting of a gas cooler, gas pump, heated hoses, filters, etc. to ensure accuracy and lifetime of all components.

The entire system can be controlled via, for example, a PLC or superior control system. All electrical components are connected to a common junction box for easy installation in the facility. Pipes between the components are made of acid-resistant stainless steel and Swagelok connectors for the highest safety and quality.
